PETITION TO STOP ISSUANCE OF OFFICIAL

I.D. CARDS TO ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS

We the undersigned ask the Congress of the United States to take what steps are necessary to prevent Mexico and any other foreign government from assisting their countrymen who reside illegally in the United States. Whether in the form of official I.D. cards, as have been disseminated by Mexican government officials to Mexican citizens illegally in the United States, or any other form of assistance provided by any foreign government to immigrants not lawfully residing in the United States, such assistance should be considered aiding and abetting criminal behavior and should not be tolerated.

Any expenses incured by a government entity in the United States, federal, state or local, for the care or servicing of those illegal residents assisted by a foreign government with the issuance of an official I.D. card should be deemed as a debt of that government to the United States of America.
